To enable a quick response to an incident we make it easy to see the current location and availability of your crew and raise a new deployment fast.


We can also integrate with your Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) tool to import incident details directly into ARCEMS.


Our software gives you a full timeline of a mission. The customisable dashboard gives you all the information you need in one place, from the response time to an incident, to the crew involved and details of any treatment or medicines given.

Intuitive data capture with offline capability

We know that every second counts for your HEMS crews, so we have designed our system to make data entry as efficient as possible. Using our cloud-based native iOS App users can complete electronic personal record forms (EPRFs) fast via our intelligent forms which also support voice recognition for audio dictation. 


Offline patient data capture means every piece of data you enter regardless of whether you have a connection or not is safely recorded giving you a complete log of each deployment unlike other web-based transfer systems which require a network connection in order to function.

Digital patient observation recording

Using our survey tool, primary and ongoing observations can be recorded and you can even search for any previous PRF’s.


Details of any injuries, illnesses, interventions,  observations and drugs administered can be entered into the system and plotted onto a visual body map. 


Our forms help reduce the level of human error by alerting you should any of the information entered be outside of expected parameters.

 
Medicine Prescription

Total medicine management

ARCEMS lets you manage your organisation's medicines to give you an overall picture and use the information to continuously improve care. 


All uses of drugs are recorded down to an individual patient level and the system will check stock levels to ensure you have enough in-date supplies. This includes the logging of all deliveries and usage of controlled drugs in-line with legislative requirements. 


Comprehensive batch management tools are included such as stock levels monitoring. Each time a drug is administered or has expired and the system automatically updates quantities and can generate order forms at the touch of a button.

Compliance & Reporting

All of your data is recorded and time-stamped in ARCEMS and customers benefit from being able to access full auditable logs of all activities.


This enables fast retrieval of this digital information for when you need it for internal reporting or for Clinical Commissioning Groups and/or Care Quality Commissions. 


Users also benefit from a powerful range of reports so they can see the data which matters most to them e.g. response times, which drugs have been administered, stock levels, number of interventions performed etc. This data can be used for KPI’s and individual competency compliance checks. All of our reports can also be extracted into a csv file with just a few clicks.
